 HDTV Wall Mount May 19, 2010
Excellent product, strong & easily mounted. Works great! My wife can swivel it so she can watch from any corner of the room. There were no instructions, but it goes together good.
Packaging was very poor; they just wrapped it in bubble wrap and threw it in a big oversized box, it was twice too big. When it arrived one of the arm covers was broken due to over extension during shipment. The paint finish was very good but also was damaged due to over extension.
Their response was good, they refunded part of my purchase price and supplied me with a new arm cover.

 Wall mount for my bedroom!! Jan 08, 2010
This was my first time hanging a TV on the wall and it went just fine. The instructions were short and made enough sense so I could figure out which way was up. The mount itself is very solid and all the parts seem to fit well, if anything the cast fittings seem overkill for the 37" panasonic I put in the bedroom. The amount of adjustment side to side made it easy to match up to the framing in my house, and the actual arm backet allows for independant one the mount is set on the wall so I was able to get the TV centered perfectly!!
Buy this if you need a good and aesthetically pleasing product, mine looks very professional and it was my first time (took about 90 minutes, I had to check everything twice).

Consumer Reports Says: Buy HDTV at Amazon!
Washington, D.C. (July 2010) -- When it comes to price, Consumer Reports says shoppers are most likely to find the best deals online. And the publication called three ecommerce sites "standouts" in this year's Consumer Reports ratings of electronics stores: Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com and B&H (bhphotovideo.com)
The magazine's survey was based on more than 38,000 purchases of electronics, including flat-screen TVs, between January 2009 and June 2010. The report indicated that online stores consistently offered better prices. (The magazine's full report can be found in its July 2010 issue.)
"Buying online can be better," the magazine said in a press release. "The higher-rated electronics retailers in Consumer Reports annual reader survey are Web sites. Readers who bought online rated their overall satisfaction at 90 out of 100 -- higher than those who bought in a store. Additionally, many Web merchants offer free shipping, even on TVs, which could spare the hassle of struggling to fit a bulky carton in the car or paying a local store for delivery."
Consumer Reports said that while no single retailer scored excellent in all shopping categories, Amazon.com came closest.
